The Simrol Brewery — Built to Last
Situated at Simrol in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, the MEBL brewery is one of the most advanced brewing facilities in Central India. From the day it was founded in 1999, the plant has been continuously upgraded to meet growing demand and evolving quality standards.
With an installed capacity of 10 lakh hectolitres per annum — equivalent to 1.5 million cases per month at peak production — the Simrol plant is the engine that powers every brand in the MEBL portfolio.

Brewing & Fermentation

Automated Canning Line
MP's first fully automated canning line, installed in 2017–19, enables high-speed, hygienic packaging at scale. It supports all major MEBL brands and formats with zero compromise on quality.
Quality Control & Testing
A dedicated in-house quality lab conducts rigorous testing at every stage — raw materials, in-process checks, and finished goods — ensuring each bottle and can meets our exacting standards before it leaves the facility.
Effluent Treatment & Sustainability
We operate a modern effluent treatment plant that processes wastewater responsibly. Combined with rainwater harvesting and energy optimisation initiatives, our facility is engineered with sustainability at its core.
The Canning Line That Changed Everything
When MEBL commissioned Madhya Pradesh's first canning line in 2017, it marked a turning point — not just for MEBL, but for the entire state's beverage industry. The new line dramatically expanded our production capacity and opened the door to new format offerings for consumers.
Today, our canning operations run at scale, supporting brands like STOK, Lemount, and Mount across geographies. The line represents MEBL's commitment to staying ahead of the market — investing in infrastructure before demand requires it.
